I’ve noticed as I’ve got older that I struggle with confidence sometimes, mainly when my mental health isn’t doing well and I tend to forget how amazing I am. Writing down your thoughts can be very beneficial but sometimes I never know where to start, if you’ve had the same problem, I’ve listed 50 self love and discovery journal prompts to help you start your journal.
